Helping Employees Learn Prosperity (HELP) is an IRC 501 (c)(4) charitable non-profit, tax-exempt, non-partisan, independent employee affiliation.

HELP is a Registered Employee Organization with the County of Los Angeles and has a County assigned payroll deduction code.

HELP’s status with the City of Los Angeles is a Qualified Employee Organization.

California Department of Human Resources (CalHR) has determined that Helping Employees Learn Prosperity (HELP) is approved as a Bona Fide Association for providing benefits to State of California employees with an assigned payroll deduction code.

While HELP’s structure is in the mode of traditional organizations, we seek a unique membership concept that instead of highlighting differences between different people, HELP celebrates the experiences that everyone brings to a society.

HELP makes every effort to connect all civil service employees by building a community-oriented network of information through webinars, a learning center, newsletters and networking events.

As an organization that strives to educate employees regarding financial and legal decisions, among other endeavors, that affect future prosperity, HELP provides its members with access to exclusive discounted products and services.
