Eligibility Requirements

Rules for applying for the HELP Scholarship are:

  1. Applicant / Applicant’s Parent must be a HELP member.
  2. Applicant must be a high school senior or be formally accepted into an accredited program.
  3. Applicant’s award must go toward an institution of higher education, vocational/trade school, or an accredited program.
  4. Applicants must provide proof of acceptance/ and or registration.
  5. Applicant must provide a minimum of two letters of recommendation*
